The Village of Grass Lake Downtown Development Authority (DDA) works to enhance our downtown district through strategic investments, partnerships, and services that support economic growth, historic preservation, and community engagement.

Contracted Services

To maintain and improve our downtown area, the DDA contracts with various service providers for:

• Beautification & Maintenance – Landscaping, seasonal plantings, streetscape enhancements, and general upkeep of public spaces.
• Event Support & Marketing – Assistance with signage, promotional materials, and logistics for DDA-sponsored events and initiatives.
• Public Infrastructure & Improvements – Investments in lighting, sidewalks, public seating, and other enhancements that contribute to a welcoming downtown experience.
• Professional Services – Partnerships with local businesses and experts for planning, design, consulting, and project management.

In compliance with Public Act 57 and the DDA’s commitment to transparency, a listing of current contracts and management services provided to the DDA is available for public review. Community members and stakeholders are encouraged to stay informed about the work being done to support and grow our downtown district.
